Another day sorting out academy admin, we now have a new email address to match our new .org URL. Members, please alter your EBKMAA contact email address to info@ebkmaa.com.I have also been busy importing members contact details but it seems that many of the email addresses are out of date and bouncing back, please could all members (adult student and instructors) email me their up to date email addresses so as I can update our contacts list.
Our EBKMAA contacts list is divided into groups (labels), the group are.
- Instructors, Yudansha, Mailing List, and all.
This will ensure that the relevant information gets to the correct people, obviously, if it is a general message it will be sent to all members, the mailing list is for people that are interested in our academy. Let me assure you, your contact details will not be shared with third parties, they are purely so we can communicate privately in the quickest and most convenient manner should the need arise. I know we have our private facebook group and information can be posted there, however, good old fashioned email still seems to be the most reliable route, plus, not everyone is on facebook.
I sent a member email out from the new EBKMAA email address earlier today if you received this message your details are correct, if not, you are not listed on our database.
